Planning based on your Personality Type
Planners going to plan
More than ever it is essential that we plan. The stock market is a little crazy and so it the astronaut lady ( if you get that reference you get a car). But the tricky part is that depending on your personality, you should focus on important what is going to achieve your goals and task.
Here’s a brief overview of Planning based on Your Personality Type:
Introverted Sensing (modern types: ISTJ, ISFJ)
You have a lot of thoughts in your brain. It’s really important to get those out. Chances are you are already a planner. Plan for self-care days.
Extraverted Intuition (modern types: ENFP, ENTP)
Baby you need to plan like yesterday. That Perceiver mindset doesn’t really try to mark things down. At least mark some big goals and see where it takes you in a couple of years.
Introverted Intuition (modern types: INFJ, INTJ)
Chances are you don’t plan, because you’ve already thought about how you can chance the world internally for a long time. Get a planner.
Extraverted Thinking (modern types: ESTJ, ENTJ)
Put on my calendar should be tattooed on your arm. Your plans have plans. Take time out and write on a piece of paper your self care/mental health goals.
Introverted Thinking (modern types: ISTP, INTP)
You’re a dabbler with planning. Some months you are on it some months you are not. Try to use a planner for your quarterly reviews. Less pressure, but you can take time to reflect on yourself.
Extraverted Feeling (modern types: ESFJ, ENFJ)
You are an innovator. You need to write your plans on a piece of paper. If you don’t someone else will but it won’t be as emotional than if you wrote it.
Introverted Feeling (modern types: INFP, ISFP)
You probably already have a blog post about planning. It’s probably cute too with drawings. Just keep doing you.
Extraverted Sensing (modern types: ESFP, ESTP)
If you don’t write down your goals you will draw them. Keep painting, but make sure we understand your goals. Heck make sure you understand your plans.
If you haven’t figured it out everyone should plan something.
