5 Ways to Get out of Your Overthinking
Stop overthinking
Life is interesting. We all have dreams and goals that we want to accomplish but our brains are always in the way. Our reptilian brains take over and we do what the Charter’s say we all go ape S#$%. It end up our minds playing tricks on us. I think it plays a huge part in our narrative.
The other day I was furious at another person and I couldn’t shake it. I spoke to my therapist about it, I lulled around about it. Finally I told my boyfriend that I think I create this crazy scenarios in my brain. Which I think a lot of folks do. After I was stumped for a day or two.
I saw a quote:
We suffer more often in imagination than in reality
-Seneca

Fear Set again pair it with Hypnosis
Until we are able to get out of those thoughts we have to look at them intensely. My woo woo request is that you find a hypnosis podcast and the two activities together. Here’s my favorite fear Hypnosis podcast.
